Hilton Head Island's only par-70 public golf course, the George Fazio course was just named the 2014 South Carolina Golf Course of the Year by the SC Golf Course Owners Association. The layout offers an exhilarating experience and is revered as the island's truest championship challenge. For beginners and advanced players, the Fazio course offers an exceptional golf experience.
One of the youngest golf courses to be featured on Golf Digest's list of America's 100 Best, the par-70 layout continues to offer stimulating challenges. With only two par 5s, the heart of the course lies in a series of long par 4s, beginning with the 432-yard first hole and ending with the 462-yard 18th.
The tree-lined fairways roll gently on the front nine, while the back nine offers tighter shots that require strategic positioning off the tee. With relatively small greens and undulating surfaces, the Fazio course challenges and delights golfers.

Put your game to the ultimate test at Harbour Town Golf Links at The Sea Pines Resort. It is both the crowning achievement of famed designer Pete Dye and design consultant Jack Nicklaus, and a perennial favorite among PGA TOUR players, as it places a premium on finesse, imagination and shot making, rather than strength.
Featuring a collection of par threes ranked amongst the world's finest and a par-4 18th hole considered one of the most feared in all of golf, Harbour Town Golf Links has undergone many recent enhancements, including new Celebration Bermuda grass for the fairways, new TifEagle Bermuda grass for the greens and a new irrigation system.
A Certified Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary, this award-winning course is consistently rated one of the best in the U.S. by such authoritative publications as Golf Digest, GOLF Magazine and Golfweek. Since 1969, it's also been the home of the
RBC Heritage Presented by Boeing, which continues to attract the world's top golfers and thousands of spectators.

The Barony Course was designed by George W. Cobb in the early 1960s and was one of the first courses on Hilton Head Island. From the tee box, many of the holes appear to be relatively open, but as you approach the newly resurfaced Bermuda greens, the real challenge becomes clear. The greens are generous and protected by thick, rough and unforgiving bunkers, entitling the golfer to have good touch with mid- to short-range iron shots. This is a course where accuracy, not length, is paramount.

Robber's Row was designed in 1967 by noted architects George W. Cobb and Willard C. Byrd, and was redesigned in 1994 by world famous architect Pete Dye. The course is located on the scenic marsh side of the Port Royal Plantation and cuts through beautiful strands of magnolia and live oaks. This course sets atop former Civil War grounds and features historical markers throughout the course, describing events which took place on the Island. Although tee-shots have generous fairways to land in, approach shots require accuracy to the well-protected greens. Robber's Row is a course rich in history and challenge to any golfer.

esigned by legendary course architect Pete Dye, Heron Point is the centerpiece of any Hilton Head Island golf vacation. Dye himself supervised Heron Point's recent modifications with the objective of making the course more player-friendly, and the result is an award-winning stroke of genius.
At 7,035 yards from the back tees, Heron Point can play considerably shorter if needed, with seven sets of tees on each hole (including tees for juniors). Golfers are challenged by risk-reward long and short holes, fairways that move toward and away from hazards and Dye's ubiquitous mounding and swales framing target areas.
On four holes with water guarding the greens, alternating wood and grass walls create conspicuous bulkheads, visually dramatizing the peril. Even more striking, a mixture of grasses, sand, mulch and limestone surfaces provides a vivid tapestry of color for this Certified Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary.
One of Golf Digest's "Best Places to Play" and South Carolina's 2015 Golf Course of the Year, this cohabitation of beauty and beast (at times) is poised for even more acclaim.

With stunning views at every turn, it's no question why Dolphin Head has become Hilton Head's premier golf destination.
The layout offers players of all skill levels an exceptional and challenging golf experience. While the golf course is the main attraction, it is the lasting friendships that make Dolphin Head Golf Club so special. We invite you to come make some today.

Conveniently located on Highway 278 just seven miles west of the bridge to Hilton Head Island, Eagle's Pointe Golf Club is a signature design of five-time Heritage champion Davis Love III. The hallmarks of Eagle's Pointe are its classic risk-reward design, natural beauty, strategy, variety and superb conditioning, along with outstanding customer service.
Winding through moss-draped live oaks and pines and freshwater wetlands and lagoons, Eagle's Pointe's spacious corridors allow golfers to keep driver in hand, but still favor placement over length. Putting your drives in the right position on the generous fairways is a must to negotiate the dramatic bunkering, unique green sites and large, contoured putting surfaces. In Love's own words, "It's easy to make a difficult golf course. The trick is to make a golf course that everybody can play and will want to come back and play again. You have to find a balance." Love has succeeded at Eagle's Pointe, a course that will test every club in your bag, while allowing players to take advantage of their strengths. Big hitters are green-lighted to attack the par 5s, but those with accurate short games can save strokes around the large greens. The Davis Love III-designed Eagle's Pointe Golf Club offers numerous "risk-reward" opportunities.

Accurate tee shots and well-measured approaches are a must on this championship course. The greens are large and well bunkered, and their undulating surfaces demand a delicate, yet determined touch. All 27 greens were converted to Diamond Zoysia in 2008 and 2009, one of the first courses in the Southeast to do so.
With plenty of sand and water hazards, the Clipper Course may be the most difficult of the nines. This George W. Cobb design, built in 1970, requires a good long game and a soft touch around the greens.

The Brigantine course was designed by Willard C. Byrd and built in 1982. Alligators sun themselves along these scenic, water hazard filled nine holes of the Brigantine course. With slight dog-legs and well-placed bunkers, this course requires shot-making and a good short game.
The course designers inter‐connected two of the three nine-hole courses for a unique and challenging 18‐hole round. The original Clipper and Galleon courses create and exciting combination of long fairways and perilous hazards, while the Brigantine course winds its way around lagoons and breathtaking terrain. The former home of the Hilton Head Senior International form 1982 to 1984, Shipyard Golf Club was rated as one of the finest layouts on the CHAMPIONS TOUR.
